— OUR SERVICES —
Three Services, Each Scoped to a Specific Need
Our practice is limited to three carefully defined services for families and executors dealing with inheritance matters in Thailand. Each is described in full below.
Back to HomeHOW WE WORK
Our Approach Across All Matters
Regardless of which service is engaged, the working method is the same. A written engagement letter is prepared before any work begins. Progress is documented at every meaningful stage. Decisions are referred to the client in writing before they are acted upon. The matter is closed with a written summary of what was done and what the outcome means.
Written from Start to Finish
Engagement letters, progress notes, decision summaries, and closing accounts are all produced in writing and shared with the client.
Strictly Confidential
All information shared in the course of a matter is treated as confidential. Files are held securely and not shared outside the firm.
Paced to Suit the Client
There is no artificial pressure on timing. Matters move forward when the client has had sufficient time to read, consider, and respond to each stage.
SERVICE ONE
Beneficiary Notification and Coordination
A patient service for executors and family administrators who would like the formal notification of beneficiaries handled in a calm and dignified way. The work covers preparation of the formal notification letter, a plain-language explanation drafted to accompany it where appropriate, coordination with the family on the timing of the communications, and management of the responses received.
The aim is to support clear written communication across the family during a sensitive period, with each step taken at a pace that respects everyone involved.

- Plain-language explanation letter drafted for each beneficiary where helpful
- Coordination with family and executor on communication timing
- Management and written record of responses received
- Written summary at conclusion of the notification process

SERVICE TWO
Inheritance Dispute Mediation
A focused mediation service for families with a disagreement about a will, an administration, or a particular asset, where the family would prefer a calm structured conversation to formal contested proceedings. The work covers preparation of a clear written agenda, coordination of the mediation sessions themselves, drafting of any preliminary understandings reached, and a short written note shared with each participant afterwards.
The aim is to help the family reach a written outcome they can live with calmly, without closing off the option of formal proceedings if those later become necessary.
What Is Included
- Preparation of a written agenda circulated to all participants in advance
- Coordination and facilitation of mediation sessions
- Drafting of any preliminary understandings reached during sessions
- Written session note provided to each participant after each session
- Option of formal proceedings preserved throughout
Process Steps

- 2 Written agenda prepared and distributed for agreement before first joint session

- 4 Written record of any agreed outcome distributed to all participants
